The trip can be scheduled over 3 or more days, depending on the sights and destinations you prefer along the way. 

DESCRIPTION:

This "road less travelled" takes advantage of the recently built coastal highway with its spectacular and often unspoilt scenery. The trip can be taken from Salalah to Muscat or Muscat to Salalah. The core itinerary is: Salalah-Taqah-Mirbat-Saddah-Hadbeen-Hasik-Shwaimiya-Sharbathat-Sawqarra-Lakbi-Al Jazr-Duqm-Mahout-Masirah Island-Ras Al-Had-Sur-Wadi A-Shab-Hawyat Najm Sinkhole-Quriyat-Muscat

 

PRICE INCLUDES:

4 wheel drive transportation from Salalah to Muscat. 

Overnight accommodation: camping or hotel where available. 

Breakfast, lunch and dinner; morning and afternoon tea and snacks; drinking water.  

 

DON'T FORGET:

This trip lasts several days, and weather can range from very hot and sunny days to cold nights. Villages and towns along the route are small, so do prepare all you need. Swimming gear will come in handy at the unspoilt beaches and rivers.
